Founder of Sea Prince Enterprise
Established in 1932 by the late Ahmed Sidki Salieh, Sea Prince Enterprise was initially focused on shipping supplies to and from Port Sudan, Sudan’s main port, to destinations all over the world. During the decades following, the company successfully branched into a variety of service and supply lines. In 1984 SPE was the first - and only - Sudanese approved ship supplier in Sudan, accredited by the International Ship Suppliers Association.

In the year 2000, the company experienced extensive restructuring, re-modernization and re-branding, to what it’s currently known as Sea Pride Enterprises (SPE). This came along with what is a current and vast increase in traffic at the Port Sudan Port, with 455 vessels making a total 1181 calls into Port Sudan in 2006.

SPE understands that affiliated companies need various maritime services and products - at a certain speed and performance. With that, SPE took on the challenge of preparing its internal management system to accommodate this rapid development in Sudan’s maritime industry.

SPE’s HQ is located in Port Sudan; to remain on top of all industry channels, branch offices in the Sudan’s capital Khartoum, Greece, Jeddah and Syria were also established.

In 2007, SPE is not only one of the biggest maritime supply & logistics companies in Sudan, but a modernized one-stop shop for all your supply chain requirements.
